I have been enjoying my “pho” as a fan at this restaurant since I was at primary school, so it’s been more than 15 years until now. The owner is always friendly and modest to customers and passionate about his cooking, which is what I love about the restaurant beside the tasty “pho”.

The restaurant is close to different tourist attractions such as Rooster Church, Han Market, or Dragon Bridge, so it’s convenient for you to travel around also.

A standard bowl of “bun cha ca” comprises steamed or fried fish ball made from mackerel, bronze featherback or barracuda, noodles, as well as the sweet and sour broth cooked from tomatoes, pineapple, and other types of vegetables.

“Bun thit nuong” – Vietnamese grilled pork noodles

Vietnamese grilled pork noodles is the combination of grilled pork, rice vermicelli noodles, and fresh vegetables. A special condensed sauce, the combination of pork liver, peanut, and coconut milk, is poured on the top. Then, the pickles and peanuts are added.
